1. Overview
Dokven respects intellectual-property rights and expects users to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar laws. This Policy explains how to submit a notice or counter-notice and our repeat-infringer policy.
2. Submitting a takedown notice
If you believe content available through the Service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent (below) that includes all of the following:
- a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
- identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
- identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to let us locate it (such as a URL);
- your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email);
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
- a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
3. Designated copyright agent
Notices must be sent to our designated agent:
| Field | Detail |
|---|---|

4. Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe it was removed in error or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the designated agent that includes:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the material removed and the location where it appeared;
- a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification;
- your name, address, and telephone number; and
- a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court and will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.
We may restore removed content if the original complainant does not file a court action within the time the law allows.
5. Repeat infringers
We will, in appropriate circumstances, disable or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers, and we may remove allegedly infringing content and take other action consistent with the Terms of Service.
